a minute a day to say a little prayer for someone

Everyone deserves to lead a sweet happy life and it's everyone's duty to make another person happy, the least one could do is to say something or do a little deed to make life a little bit easier for another person.

A temptation I can't resist

More than two months ago, I had dinner with a group of work-mates at the Royal China to bid farewell to a senior staff who's due for retirement. Our dinner started quite late at slightly past 8pm. It was the usual chinese 8-course dinner, started off with cold dish, sharkfin soup and ended with typical chinese dessert - tong sui and crispy bean-paste pancakes.

Beautifully decorated dishes of steamed fish, roasted duck/chicken, etc went pass and quickly consumed by our group of hungry diners.... and oops ........ suddenly my adrenaline rised when I caught sight of this mouth-watering dish.

"Stop, stop, stop !" I said hurriedly.... the chopsticks of my fellow-diners were halted in mid-air and I quickly took out my phone camera to take these beautiful shots before this plate of stewed pork trotters was attacked by the 9 pairs of chopsticks waiting in mid-air!

The dish came together with these mini mantows which I felt was too small...
