a minute a day to say a little prayer for someone

Everyone deserves to lead a sweet happy life and it's everyone's duty to make another person happy, the least one could do is to say something or do a little deed to make life a little bit easier for another person.

Beijing Olympics...

These are the beautiful lyrics of the Beijing Olympics theme song........

词/曲:陈其钢
演唱:刘欢、Sarah Brightman
我和你,心连心,同住地球村
为梦想,千里行,相会在北京.
来吧!朋友,伸出你的手,
我和你,心连心,永远一家人。
You and me
From one world
Heart to heart
We are one family
For dreams we travel
Thousands of miles
We meet in beijing
Come together
The joy we share
You and me
From one world
Forever we are one family

I heard that the Malaysian Contingent of 33 athletes participating in 10 sports and 29 events, is the largest Contingent, without a team sport being sent to the Beijing Olympics. The athletes were selected through qualification system which is newly introduced.... and this time around anyone who brings home a gold medal will be awarded RM1.oM and a pension of RM5K for life??? Correct me if I were wrong.....
Malaysia's past Olympics achievements:-
1 silver and 2 bronze medals at the Olympic Games, all in badminton.
In Barcelona, the first Games where medals were awarded for badminton events, brothers Jalani and Razif Sidek won bronze in the men's doubles, the nation's first Olympic medal.
In Atlanta, Kim Hock Yap and Soon Kit Cheah won silver in the men's doubles and Rashid Sidek took bronze in the men's singles.
For the Beijing Olympis, Malaysia's first medallist hopeful is on archery banking on SEA Games gold medallist Chu Sian, Mohd Marbawi Sulaiman and Wan Khalmizam Wan Abdul Aziz to nail the first medal for the country in Olympic archery.
Lee Chong Wei is Malaysia's best prospect for Olympic gold since the country first sent athletes to the Games 52 years ago. Lee will be facing top ranked contenders which include China's Lin Dan & Bao Chunlai, Indonesia's Taufik Hidayat & Sony Dwi Kuncoro, S.Korea's Lee Hyun-il & Thailand's Boonsak Ponsana.

My favourite women's 3m springboard synchronized team of China's Guo Jingjing and Wu Minxia won the gold medal as expected... they are so cool, beautiful and flawless in their performance....
Competing in her fourth and possibly last Olympics, Guo hailed as 'The Diving Queen' of China is also a big favorite in the individual 3m springboard.
If she wins another gold she will tie Fu Mingxia (retired 4-time Olympic champion of China) for the most Olympic diving gold medals at four and will become the most decorated female diver in Olympic history with six Olympic medals of any color, surpassing Fu's five.
