Why do some supermarkets still provide difficult to maneuver trolleys?
Very often when I go to supermarket with my maid, we find it so difficult to push the stubborn trolleys to the directions we want.
When you want to go right, you got to push to the left, sometimes the wheels just won’t budge and we have to half carry the trolley, you know, like lifting up the side with the jammed wheels.
It really takes some skills to handle these trolleys.
With the amount of money we spent each week at supermarkets, I do think we deserve to be given better quality trolleys to carry our loads.
