a minute a day to say a little prayer for someone

Everyone deserves to lead a sweet happy life and it's everyone's duty to make another person happy, the least one could do is to say something or do a little deed to make life a little bit easier for another person.

Home-cooked konlo mee

Home cooked konlo-mee. Another fast and easy job....
Suitable for my nieces who are studying abroad, when they've grown tired of western fast food, they can try this out, it's chinese fast food and home-cooked...
Boil some water to cook the noodles, prawns, red carrots and green vege.
Oil mixture:-Fry some chopped onions and garlic till golden brown, scoop into a bowl together with some oil, add in enough light/thick soya sauce, salt, brown sugar & pepper and mix well.
I use brown sugar to replace aji-no-moto.
Pour the oil mixture over the cooked noodles and mix well. Garnish with cooked prawns, green vege, red carrots and some fried eggs.

Instead of using the oil mixture as described earlier, sometimes I’d cook some minced meat with gravy to mix with the noodles …. or stewed beef tendons …. or stewed chicken with mushroom ... …. or simply stir fried some lean meat.
