Any dish that takes more than 5 steps to prepare will turn me off and so will a long list of recipes with ingredient names that my simple mind cannot comprehend. Most of my life & energy have been so consumed by work, work, work.... now I think it's the time to do some wok, wok, wok and have some fun in the kitchen!

Paper Stars
Didn't realize how long it took for him to fold these paper stars which he started since pre-school age. In solitary moments when mom & dad were at work, amused himself folding these colourful paper stars with his little fingers, these are some of his wonderful stars which are our treasured possession now. The saying is true about how fast children are growing up. Before we even realize it, we have to look a few inches up to meet their eyes, cherish every moment of their time with us before they start their own families, away from the grips of their ever protective parents.
Outdoor life can only be watched thro' a grilled window
It's no longer safe for our children to roam & play freely outdoor, most of our children are confined indoor after school with the maids or grandparents when their parents are still at work. Remember the good old days when we used to climb trees and ride our bicycles with the wind blowing at our hair, so carefree and happy. Those days are gone and will never return.
